Registration Rates

Individual attendee registrations are $695 each.

Registrations for groups of 5-9 attendees from the same institution are $660 each - save 5%.

Registrations for groups of 10 or more attendees from the same institution are $625 each - save 10%.

Complimentary registrations (i.e. JPP, presenter, etc.) will count towards the group size, but the discounts will only be applied to full rate registration.

JAM Pro add-on, JAM Academy Live! classes, Executive Summit, co-presenter, day rates, and guest tickets are not eligible for discounts.

JAM Registration Policies

Registration fees may be made online with Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Registration and payment must be made by the published deadline date, otherwise the next registration rate will apply. Purchase orders are not recognized as a form of payment.

Group rates vary based on the size of the group from the same institution that registers in one consecutive process. Group discounts are available when there are five or more attendees from the same school. A discount will be applied to each full registration rate (early, standard, or late) automatically once the threshold is reached.  You will have the option to enter additional group registrants on the SUMMARY page during registration.

Complimentary registrations (e.g., JPP, presenter, etc.) will count towards the group size, but the discounts will only be applied to full-rate registration. Pre-conference, executive summit, co-presenter, day rates, and guest tickets are not eligible for discounts.

To modify your JAM registration data or to make an online payment, visit the Attendee Service Center. Log in using your email address and the password provided in your registration confirmation email.

The online JAM registration system will close on May 12, 2023.

Advanced purchase is required, and payment for guest tickets must be received by May 12, 2023. Guest tickets are available for purchase online only—tickets will not be sold onsite. The JAM cancelation policy applies to guest tickets. There will be no refunds due to weather or other travel delays.

JPP/Maintenance or other types of complimentary registrations will be reviewed by show management, and the registrant will be notified if the complimentary registration is unavailable and payment is due. JPP/Maintenance registrations are granted annually to eligible institutions and must be used in the year granted or they will be forfeited; they may not be carried forward as a credit on future events. No refunds or credits for future events will be granted on complimentary registrations.

Complimentary registrations (including JPP/Maintenance, RUG Host, Presenter, or 25 Year Academy) provide a standard JAM Pass. Upgrades to the JAM Pro Pass level are available for $200 each.

Jenzabar is committed to providing a friendly, safe, supportive, and harassment-free environment at JAM for all attendees and participants. The JAM Code of Conduct outlines Jenzabar’s expectations for all JAM attendees and participants. Cooperation is expected from everyone, and violations are taken seriously.

You may cancel and receive a full refund in the form of the original payment if we are notified of your cancelation by April 28, 2023. After that date, you may send a substitute, but no refunds will be issued.

Any changes that would result in a refund must be made by April 28, 2023. No refunds of any kind will be issued after April 28, 2023, and any unused complimentary registrations will be forfeited.

If you fail to notify JAM of your cancelation or substitution by April 28, 2023, you will be responsible for the full registration amount, and no refunds will be issued.

If you cancel as part of a discounted group, and the group falls below the discount level, the rate for all attendees within that group will be recalculated to reflect the non-discounted rate. Your refund will reflect the change to the rates, or the group will be billed for any balance due.

No refunds will be available for registration changes or cancelations after April 28, 2023. There will be no refunds due to weather or other travel delays.

If you do not attend JAM, you are ineligible to receive JAM giveaway gifts, prizes, or other conference-related materials.

The JAM cancelation policy applies to all JAM programs including, but not limited to, the pre-conference program, executive summit, and guest tickets.

Should Jenzabar cancel JAM, all registration fees paid will be refunded 100%, regardless of the date. No credit will be given for complimentary registrations.

Each attendee is issued a name badge during onsite registration check-in. Due to safety and security measures, each attendee must pick up their own badge at registration check-in. The badge must be worn at all times during the conference for access to JAM sessions, meals, and events. If a badge is lost or damaged, a $25 replacement fee will be charged.

Badge swapping is not permitted. Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match their identification will be removed from the conference without a refund. In addition, the badge/name will be canceled without a refund.

Health & Safety

Currently, there are no vaccination or testing requirements to attend JAM 2023, but Jenzabar reserves the right to enact health protocols at any time to ensure the safety of participants. We will continue to monitor the health guidelines of the CDC, Gaylord Palms, and local authorities, and communicate any changes to registrants prior to JAM.
