Reservations: A special rate for JAM has been arranged for $209+taxes per night per standard room. A reservation link will be provided upon completion of a conference registration. This rate is in effect thru May 6 or while supplies last (whichever comes first).

We have been made aware of a fraudulent hotel booking link that is circulating claiming to have discounts for JAM at other hotels. Jenzabar is not affiliated with this company or offer in anyway and we strongly recommend that JAM attendees consider it spam and do not click on any links within the email. The only official JAM hotel is the Gaylord Texan and reservations should be made by following the link provided upon completing registration.

Hotel Reservation Procedure

When you have successfully registered for JAM, you will receive a confirmation with a link to make hotel reservations at the JAM discounted rate.

Airport and Transportation

Gaylord Texan is located 6 miles from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Visit the airport website for complete list of carriers.

Area Transportation & Parking

The Gaylord Texan does not offer an airport shuttle. Ride share and taxi service are available from the airport. Parking is available at the Gaylord Texan for $22 self or $42 valet per day (subject to change).
